The Construction Process
At Timothy Custom Woodworks we price, design and build all custom furniture to each client’s tastes and needs. Tim personally hand makes each piece, using solid wood, full extension heavy duty drawer slides and European style hinges. Our goal is to deliver a solid, unique and mindfully-constructed product driven by a creative idea or thought.

What's hot at TCW? Beetle Kill Pine!
At the moment, we are particularly excited about working with harvested Colorado beetle kill pine, also sometimes referred to as blue stained lumber. It has an awesome unique look, is affordable and plentiful, and it comes from trees that had to be cut down due to pine beetle infestation anyway, so it is about as environmentally friendly as you can get.
The pine beetle infestation has been tragic to see for those of us who live near the Rocky Mountains, and we believe that creating something out of a disaster gives these pieces a little more meaning.
